DATOUBOSS is committed to providing customers with a smooth, efficient, and safe shipping experience. As lithium iron phosphate batteries are classified as hazardous materials, we strictly adhere to relevant safety regulations to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
1. Shipping Methods and Time
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs, whether you are ordering a single battery or in bulk. All orders are shipped through reliable carriers, including UPS Ground and FedEx.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Time: 2-5 business days
Note: All-in-one systems and 48V 314Ah batteries are shipped by truck, with a logistics time of approximately 15 business days.
Due to certain objective or uncontrollable factors, shipping may be delayed. We will notify customers in advance of any delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for lithium iron phosphate batteries are calculated based on the order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.
Free shipping within Australia for all orders.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following regulations regarding the shipping of lithium batteries:
Battery Regulations: According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), lithium iron phosphate batteries are classified as "Class 9 Dangerous Goods". Therefore, we take special precautions during packaging and shipping to ensure safety.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Hong Kong time may take until the next business day to process.
We will notify you by email if there are any delays in your order processing.
5. Packaging and Handling
All lithium iron phosphate batteries are carefully packaged in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods regulations. We use special packaging materials to prevent short circuits and other risks during transportation.
Each order includes correct labels and documentation to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can keep track of your package's progress.
You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
If you encounter any problems with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Delivery Issues
Lost Package: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your neighbor or local post office. If you still can't find your package, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can investigate and assist you.
Damaged Packaging: If your battery or product arrived damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team within 5 business days. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the special nature of lithium iron phosphate batteries and restrictions imposed by hazardous materials regulations, returns and exchanges are subject to certain limitations. We accept returns for damage or defects caused by unopened packaging or human error, submitted within 30 days of purchase.
